Group Fitness

In-Person Fitness Classes - Beginning April 5

  • Registration is required!  Learn how to register for a class using your online account.
  • Registration opens 72 hours in advance for members and 1 day in advance for non-members (non-member fees apply).
  • Same day walk-in registration is available on a first come, first served basis only if spots are available.
  • Ages 12 and older are welcome (ages 12 to 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult)
  • Masks are required at all times (regardless of exercise intensity)!
  • Class offerings and sizes are limited due to governor's order.
  • Studio doors open 10 minutes in advance.  The instructor will perform a check in at the start of each class 
  • Clean equipment before and after class.
  • Social distancing must be strictly followed at all times.
